Portik

One tap. The door is open.

Support

Portik unlocks the doors where you live or work with one tap. It talks to your Aptus passage system, the same portal you would otherwise sign in to in a browser.

Getting started

  1. The address is the same one you use to sign in to the Aptus Home app, or to the passage or booking system in a browser. Look at the address bar and take the first part, like name.aptustotal.se, without https:// and without whatever follows it, usually /AptusPortal. If you have never signed in on the web, the address is in the information from whoever runs the building, such as a board, a landlord or a property owner.
  2. Sign in to Portik with the same username and password you use in the portal.
  3. Tap Add and pick the doors you want in your list.

Common questions

No doors appear

The account has no doors that can be opened through the portal. Whoever runs the system decides which doors your account reaches.

Sign-in is refused although the password is right

Check the portal address first. Write just the name, like name.aptustotal.se, without https:// and without whatever follows it. The app adds the rest.

A group of doors takes a few seconds

The portal handles one door at a time per session, roughly 1.4 seconds each. The app sends every request at once, but the portal works through them in order.

I already use Aptus Home

Aptus Home is Aptus's own app and does several things, bookings among them. Portik replaces one of them: opening the door. That is all Portik does, and it can be done straight from the Home Screen. Keep Aptus Home for the rest.

The door did not open

Open Settings, then Diagnostics. It says what happened, and you can share the whole log with one tap. The log never contains your password.

Get in touch

Write to portik-beta@zerolabs.se. Attach the diagnostics report from the app if you can; it says more than a screenshot.
